  • Protected Passwords: Stored with hash and salt (bcrypt)
  • Automatic Daily Backups: With encryption and redundant storage

  • Access Restriction: Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and not sharing your credentials.

We retain your data while you maintain an active account or as required by law:

  • Account Data: Until you cancel your account + minimum legal period (generally 10 years for tax purposes)
  • Issued Documents: Permanently, as they serve as historical record and validation

When you cancel your account, we securely delete unnecessary data, but retain historical records according to legal obligations.
